Construction Date: 1886-1887Architect: Tappin, Gilbert & DennehyHistoric Summary: Allotment sold at Crown Land Sales on 6.10.1853 to W.J.T. Clarke (father of Sir William Clarke) for 800 pounds. While commenced as a terrace of three houses in 1886-1888, in 1888 there was proposals for its conversion into a coffee palace.
