Frank Hecker with another man nicknamed Angry Ant. His identity is not known. This is possibly at the bar at Flemington-Kensington Bowls Club. There is a sign near the telephone labelled "Sheriff's Telephone" with an open form guide and a shelf with chocolates, antacid, matches and cigarette lighters for sale.
