Scope and contents

This terrace of three tuckpointed possibly polychromatic brick residences fall gently down Hotham Street. The double fronted houses all have two storey extensions at the rear and fine hipped slate roofs with brick chimneys. The verandahs have concave corrugated iron roofs, cast iron posts, brackets and friezes. The cast iron palisade fence is intact to all three.
