Date of Construction: c1905 - 1910Building Citation: Two pairs of tuckpointed red brick terraces with render bands and pebble dash panels. The delicately arched windows have fine leadlights and joinery. The garden paths have interesting herringbone terracotta tile surfaces with slate edge strips. The hipped, roofs, chimneys, end walls and gables form and interesting roofscape. The buildings form an picturesque and interesting terrace.
