Building type: OfficePeriod; Date: Edwardian; c.1910History: The building at 120 Leicester Street was built c.1910. It is first listed in the Sands & McDougall directory in 1911, when it was occupied by Hopkins Bros & Odlum Pty Ltd, belting manufacturers. The company's advertisement in the directory claimed it carried a 'large stock of genuine balata belting' as well as patent facade hair belting. By 1956, the factory was occupied by General Dry Batteries, battery manufacturers, and by 1971 Australian Electrical Industries carried on business there.Intactness / Condition: GoodCurrent picture known as under the business name of "John Pascoe Motor - City Saab"
