Date of Construction: 1855Building Citation: This is a fine, early two storey ruled render residence of symmetrical design. All of the openings have arched openings with fine joinery. The entry porch projects slightly. Decoration is restrained to a simple string course and brackets to the bluestone cills and eaves. The building has a fine hipped slate roof with fine chimneys.
