Construction Date: 1900Architect: Brigadier Edward SaundersHistoric Summary: Allotments sold at Crown Land Sales on 18.11.1852, No. 14 to F.J. Dalgetty for 360 pounds and Nos. 15 and 16 to S. Benjamin and R. Knox respectively for 340 pounds each. Knox was an early resident on the site.
