Construction Date: 1903Architect: R.M. KingHistoric Summary: Allotment sold at Crown Land Sales 8.11.1858 to Alfred Watson for 86 pounds. This house has had only two owner/occupiers, Alfred Roche from 1903-c1923 and William D. Hazelton, c1923-1979.
