General notes:

Date of Construction: c1880Building Citation: An imposing ruled render residence in Italianate style. The principal façade which faces Jolimont Terrace, is dominated by the central tower with the entry in the lowest stage. The north façade has simply articulated double hung windows, and to the south a two storey colonnade. The Wellington Parade façade continues the treatment north of the tower, and terminates with a two storey bay.
