General notes:
Date of Construction: 1868Building Citation: A fine two storey tuckpointed (possibly polychromatic) residence with render string courses, hood mouldings and eaves brackets. There is a gothic arch entry porch with tessellated tile floor. The ground floor windows have semi-circular arches with gothic hoods springing from the string course, the first floor openings are segmental with a punctuated string above. The façade is symmetrical with fine brick chimneys at each end. This is an excellent gothic revival building which forms part of a red brick group. The cast iron fence on bluestone plinth with substantial bluestone posts is of particular note.
