Date of Construction: 1895- 1900Building Citation: This is a fine two storey tuckpointed red brick residence with render bands in the Queen Anne style. There is a side entrance with fine timber verandah comprising of turned timber turned timber posts and fretted valence. The roof form is complex with numerous hips and gables of terracotta tiles with terracotta ridging. This is a significant building and forms part of a red brick group.
