Date of Construction: c1895Building Citation: This group of four polychromatic brick terraced dwellings matches the four dwellings to the south and complements the four dwellings to the north. There is a central cartouche to the rendered parapet and slate tiles to the roof. The early wrought iron fences match the two terraces to the north. There is a fine garden to 144 with an early lattice rose frame. Some have intact rear W.C.s.
