BarryHistoric Summary: Crown Allotment 1, Section 21, was originally part of a National School reservation which included the whole of Lots 1-3, 16-20 of this Section. Philip Nunn, for whom 'Claverings' was built, had previously lived at 125 Hotham Street from c1861.
