Excepting the shopfront, building largely intact example of a Victorian commercial and residential building. 2. Minimal Italianate style detailing. 3. Oldfield (carpenter); 1881 occupied by Edwin Page (crockery store); later occupied by Alf Eno (stationer) 2. Constructed c1870s or 80s - replaced earlier structure.
