Date of Construction: c1860Building Citation: This is an unusual three storey dwelling of bluestone and brick with render façade and two storey verandah. The verandah is of particular note with timber spandrels cut to resemble render and fine moulded and dentilled bressummer. The remaining wall has fine render pilasters and capitals and runs forward to the bluestone fence post. The solid cast iron fence sits on a substantial bluestone plinth. This is a particularly well executed building and one of the few three storey dwellings in East Melbourne.
