Construction Date: 1929Architect: Gawler & DrummondHistoric Summary: Jolimont Square was part of the initial subdivision of Lieut. Governor Charles La Trobe's Jolimont property. It was purchased after La Trobe's departure in 1854 by Sir Frederick Palmer who placed five imported prefabricated houses around its perimeter.
