Construction Date: 1887Architect: Alfred DunnHistoric Summary: James Mayne, a wholesale grocer of 114 Elizabeth Street, purchased the three blocks fronting Brunswick Street South (Morrison Place), at the corner of Victoria Parade, in August of 1866. His own residence was at 161 Victoria Parade. Together, the three cost 2,533.10.0 pounds. Twenty-one years later, a Mr R.
