Construction Date: 1890Architect: Cakden, Addison & KempHistoric Summary: This house was built on an unnumbered lot south of Lot 45, with a frontage of 100 feet to La Trobe Parade (now renamed Jolimont Terrace) which was sold to C. Ebden. Though the MCC BR entry is for a house for the Hon. David Moore, he is not shown as an occupant, and Frank Gavan Duffy appears to have been the first occupant though only for a short period.
