Date of Construction: 1880Building Citation: This is a boom period render Italianate style terrace dwelling with two story colonnade and parapet over. The grand entry is approached by a flight of substantial bluestone steps. The single storey structure has large clerestory lights in the roof and may have been built at a later date for a specific function.
