A pair of compact two storey ruled render terraced dwellings with two story cast iron verandah. The render parapet party wall and wing walls have rich decorative urns, brackets and mouldings. The tri-partite windows have candy twist columns. The cast iron palisade fence on bluestone plinth is intact.
