Style Period: Mid-Victorian, c.1868Notable Features/Significance: 1. Building is associated with the first phase of development of the suburb in the mid 19th Century. 2. Building is substantially intact and is an important heritage element of the streetscape. 3. Bluestone side elevation. 4. History: The building was originally numbered 158, and then no. 160. In 1869 it was occupied by Jenkin Brothers, butchers. Remained a butchers' shop until early 20th century. By 1905, it was occupied by a grocer.
