Date of Construction: c1895Building Citation: This pair of polychromatic brick dwellings with render above the verandah and slate roofs form part of the terrace from 140 - 154 Simpson Street. The intact wrought iron fences match the adjoining buildings and are probably part of an earlier fence. Both terraces have intact W.C.s at the rear. 152 has two tone terracotta tile verandah floor and path.
