Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) is an anxiety disorder. People with OCD are besieged by thoughts, images and/or impulses which are unwanted, intrusive and involuntary (obsessions), and feel compelled to perform repetitive behavioural and mental rituals (compulsions). This Speaking from experience program offers first-hand accounts from people who have experienced OCD. It was produced in partnership with the Anxiety Recovery Centre.
