This program features it all from the GTV9 vault, covering the birth of In Melbourne Tonight with the inimitable Graham Kennedy and the likes of Bert Newton, Joff Ellen, Art Linkletter, Rosie Sturgess, Bob Dyer, Joe Sandow, Hal Todd, Jack Little, Joy Fountain, Roger Climpson, Elaine White. Covering the birth of lifestyle programming such as The Afternoon Show for Women and the TV Dentist, the program delves into the first childrens show: Desmond Tester and the Channel Ninepins as well as other on-air personalities: Gerry Gee, Happy Hammond, Ron Blaskett and Bernard The Magician. Exploring early music shows like Jukebox Saturday Night and The HiFi Club with appearances from Helen Reddy, Lana Cantrell, Col Joye, Johnny OKeefe, the ever charming Brian Henderson as host of Bandstand, one of a kind Bobby Limb, as well as the amazing legacy of game shows such as Name That Tune, Give It A Go with Jack Davey, Price Is Right and Pick A Box with Bob Dyer.
