Patty Hewes (Glenn Close) is back for a third season of Damages on DVD. This season she's been hired by the U.S. government to recover billions of dollars lost in an investment fraud. At the centre of the scandal are the Tobin family led by Marilyn (Lily Tomlin) and her son Joe (Campbell Scott) and their protective lawyer Leonard Winstone (Martin Short). Patty and her trusted associate Tom Shayes (Tate Donovan) realise they?ve met their match and look to former protégé Ellen Parsons (Rose Byrne) for help. Will she rejoin the firm she tried so desperately to get away from?
