Orange Witness

2012
Streaming Video
Orange Witness documents the marginalized voices of people who have been exposed to and affected by Agent Orange from not only Vietnam but also New Zealand, Canada and the USA. Historically, Agent Orange (herbicides 2, 4-D, 2,4,5-T and TCCD) has been associated with war, but the industrial and domestic use of the chemical is a story that has yet to reach the masses, until now. Orange Witness documents the marginalised voices of people from not only Vietnam but New Zealand, Canada and the United States as well, whose lives have been changed or affected after being exposed to Agent Orange. Join award-winning director Andrew Nisker as he uncovers the horrifying truth behind this dangerous chemical, as he meets with those who are suffering from exposure to the herbicide. Eyewitnesses speak of the long-term impact that the use of Agent Orange has had on their health and the environment where they live. As the story unfolds, the enormity of the issues and blatant inaction of governments is evident.
