Cook it slow

2014
Book
Slow gentle cooking has increased in popularity over the last few years, especially since the return from the 1960s of the slow cooker kitchen appliance. This book includes recipes for the slow cooker, plus the more traditional methods of cooking in the oven and on the stove top. To make this large book easy to use, we've divided it into three parts, each covering the three slow-cook methods, plus suggested accompaniments and a few desserts. We've covered weeknights when time is short, freezer-friendly recipes for the more organised people and recipes that are just right for that special occasion.
