On board the ship Sloughi, fifteen children from eight to fourteen are about to embark on a summer vacation. But while the crew are ashore something extraordinary happens. It is unclear why the yacht breaks its moorings in the New Zealand port. The children find themselves alone to face the storm that leads them to a desert island where they will experience many adventures. Will someone come to rescue them? Will they be able to return home?
