Yoga and the Alexander technique
Moore, David, 1946-2015
Book
This book is written for yoga instructors, Alexander Technique teachers and those who are serious, curious and open-minded about their yoga practice. David Moore brings his thirty years of teaching experience to bear on the insights which the Alexander Technique can contribute to yoga practice. Rather than being just an instruction manual, this book invites readers to think critically about their yoga practice. The approach assumes a natural range of variation in structure, strength and flexibility and examines how to modify yoga practice to take account of this variability.
