The cheat depicts an impulsive, social climbing woman (Fanny Ward) who gambles away Red Cross funds entrusted to her. She seeks the help of an Asian merchant (Sessue Hayakawa) to save her reputation and in return becomes his property. In A girl's folly, a country girl (Doris Kenyon) who is bored with farm life sets out to meet the leading man (Robert Warwick) in a movie being filmed near her home. Director: Cecil B. DeMille.
