Quirt Evans, an all round bad guy, is nursed back to health and sought after by Penelope Worth a quaker girl. He eventually finds himself having to choose between his world and the world Penelope lives in. Quirt Evans, a notorious gunman is on the run and in need of some help. He finds himself on a farm owned by a Quaker family, the Worths. Ignoring the advice of people around town, they take Quirt in and attempt to nurse him back to health.
