David Hollands' birds of prey of Australia

Hollands, David, 1933-2021
Book
David has seen, studied, photographed and written about every one of Australia's 25 species. This is not a scientific treatise. The essays, one to each species, are written through the eyes of a naturalist, totally accurate but with a deep love and empathy for the birds and the places where they live. The photographs are the highlight of the book, over 400 striking pictures of birds in every aspect and activity of their lives. There are also chapters on some of the places where David has travelled and on a number of the people, whom David has met and worked with.
