Families call on some big-hearted but practical Aunties to help them through the rocky terrain of modern life, from money woes to health problems and love life troubles. Real people, real problems. From money woes to health problems, strife with the teenagers and love life troubles, Aunty Moves In is the series that answers that call for help, in the form of some big-hearted aunties. In each episode, an aunty literally moves in to a home, assesses their needs and provides advice and support. Ella Henry also takes part as a 'guest aunty'. Some of the issues explored include a woman battling breast cancer, who with the help of the Cancer Society is also determined to feel good again; a family that has lived through generations of alcohol abuse; teen parents that have resolved to stay together, and a part-time father who needs help to make his house a home for his adored daughter.
