Lawrence Trumble, an undercover cop, Julie Benton, a cabaret singer and Nick Cochran, ex-GI on the run, meet on a boat going from Hong Kong to Macao. Trumble offers to restore Cochran's name by helping him to arrest Halloran, the cabaret owner and local mob godfather. Will he be able to do so and still seduce the Julie?
