Becoming an Online member

If you live in the state of Victoria you may choose to be an "online member" only. This allows you to borrow and use all of our eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines and more. We will send you a letter with a secret code to validate your address as Victorian. You won't be able to borrow until you either receive and act upon this letter or visit one of our library branches and provide evidence of your Victorian address.

Conditions of membership

I agree to abide by all Melbourne Library Service's policies and conditions and confirm that I

• reside in the state of Victoria
• will report lost/stolen library card details to Melbourne Library Service immediately
• respect the rights and security of staff and other library users
• will notify the Melbourne Library Service of any changes to contact details provided
