Pair of tuckpointed polychromatic brick residences with two storey verandahs. The cast iron to the verandahs is intact with bowed panels to the balustrade. The balustraded parapet has a central cartouche and the party walls have render enrichments. The fine cast iron front fence on bluestone plinths and bluestone posts is intact.
