Sugar, that rare commodity of an honest thief, is as loyal and tough as a pit-bull. When Sugar is found packing a gun during a rape investigation, the cops throw him in a line-up and encourage the victim to finger him. The cops know he wasn't involved in the rape but they also know his alibi puts him at a jewelry heist across town.
