1. Click on the weblink provided in your reservation notice

2. Login using your library card number and password 

3. The following screen will appear 

4. Click I’m on my way to initiate Click and Collect 

5. Select an estimated time of arrival (ETA) 90 min, 60 min, 30 min, 15 min

6. Tap I’m here when you arrive at the branch 

7. Collect your items from the library foyer 

8. Tap Done to complete the transaction
