* Click and collect is available for same-day pickup of available reservations to people within 15km of our library branches. 

* If you do not live in the City of Melbourne you need to opt-in to use the service - email us or call us to do this.

* You can download the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play.

1. Open the City of Melbourne Libraries app 

2. Tap My Account 

3. Tap Reservations 

4. Tap Click and Collect

5. A new screen will open in your browser

6. Tap I’m on my way 

7. Select an estimated time of arrival (ETA)

90 min, 60 min, 30 min, 15 min

8. Tap I’m here when you arrive 

9. Collect your items from the library foyer

10. Wait 2 minutes before tapping Done to complete the transaction

This will give us time to remotely issue your items
